  • After treatment, you may notice mild redness, swelling, and slight discomfort, similar to a sunburn, which typically subsides within a few days. Mild peeling may occur as your skin rejuvenates.

  • SkinPen is suited for individuals looking to improve their skin’s appearance and texture without extensive downtime. However, it is not recommended for those with certain skin conditions, active skin cancer, or women who are pregnant or nursing.

  • SkinPen is minimally invasive with a low risk of side effects. Any potential minor side effects will be thoroughly discussed during your consultation.

  • The number of sessions varies based on your skin condition and goals. Most clients require multiple treatments for optimal results, which we will determine together in your personalised treatment plan.

  • While the improvements from SkinPen are long-lasting, we recommend periodic maintenance sessions to preserve the rejuvenating effects.

  • SkinPen significantly improves the appearance of acne and surgical scars and melasma, though it does not completely remove them.

  • Unfortunately we cannot treat anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

  • No, you cannot have any SkinPen treatments. It is unethical to perform studies on pregnant or breastfeeding women - as such, there is no evidence to suggest it is safe for your babe. However, we can still undergo a consultation where we tailor a treatment plan for when you’re able to proceed.

  • We accept cash, card, ZipPay and Afterpay. There is a surcharge on some of these payment methods.

    We also offer TLC payment plans from $2,000 to $50,000. Simply contact the clinic to discuss next steps!

  • As a mother of 3, Nurse Raluka is very understanding. You are welcome to bring your child/children or a friend to your appointment. Please notify the clinic if bringing children so extra time can be allocated to your appointment. Please ensure you younger children are self secured in a pram or are at an age where they can sit for the duration of your appointment.

  • Your SkinPen Microneedling procedure takes 45 minutes.

    All appointments allow time for a consultation prior to treatment to discuss your concerns, devise a treatment plan and answer any questions.
